Patients & Visitors
Current Visitor Guidelines (as of Monday, May 23, 2022)
Your safety and that of the providers is critical to ensure you receive quality medical care. The hospital, physicians and employees continue to actively respond and provide care related to COVID-19.
MountainView Regional Medical Center is currently allowing patients not in isolation a maximum of four (4) visitors at a time. Visitors may rotate throughout the day with no limitation on the number of people rotating in. Children older than 12 may visit non-critical patients.
One (1) visitor is allowed to accompany outpatient surgical patients past the front entry to the pre-op area and may wait in waiting areas.
Intensive care unit patients are allowed two (2) visitors at a time. End of life patients may have four (4) visitors at a time with no limitations on duration or rotations.
Exceptions based upon end of life, or special circumstance, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, by the clinical leadership team.
Official visitation hours are from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven (7) days a week. All visitors will be screened and need to be masked during their entire stay within the hospital.
The cafeteria is open for employees and visitors.
At MountainView Regional Medical Center, we understand that coming to the hospital as a patient or as a loved one's support person can be a difficult, often overwhelming experience. Whether you’re preparing for a hospital stay or stopping by to see friends and family, knowing where to go and what to bring will help make your visit less stressful. To make your experience easier, we want to provide you with helpful information you may need to plan your visit, such as what to expect, parking instructions, transportation and more.
