Checking into MountainView Regional Medical Center can be quick and stress-free – if you take a little time to prepare.
Where to go and what to bring.
The main admissions department is located in the main lobby, to the left of the main entrance. For weekend or after hours admissions or testing, patients can proceed to the emergency department for admissions. The emergency room admissions is located through the emergency entrance and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Remember to bring:
- All current health insurance information, including your insurance card
- A photo ID
- Physician orders and prescriptions for any tests you will receive
- Referrals from your primary care physician (if your insurer requires them)
- A payment method for deductibles and co-payments (Financing is also available)
- Your advance directive, if you have one
